CAUTIONS


Installation:All kinds of motor design installation screw holes corresponding , effective depth and use 

screw please confirm the appearance chart records and the corresponding length of screw.



Second machining:Deceleration motor output shaft needs further processing, impact load processing may cause 

damage to the gear, please as far as possible to reduce the processing.



Welding:Motor terminal in wiring welding, if damaged terminal structure and internal welding temperature is too high will the motor. Recommend the use of iron is less than 40W, the 

welding temperature less than 380 ° C, welding time less than 3 seconds.



The allowable torque:Add on the output shaft load do not exceed the allowed torque, the load size has been 

determined in design, this may cause the failure of gear.


Gear installation: installed in the motor pulley or other components should pay attention to the following points:


Use glue connection agent cannot let the glue in the bearing on the pay output shaft, a volatile 

glue may cause motor commutator contamination, affect the use of motor.


If pressed into the installation time do not exceed the output shaft axial thrust is allowed; in the 

spring installation occasions, do not allow the output shaft radial thrust.



Storage:If you use outside the permitted conditions and storage, reducing motor may cause rust, 

corrosion products. Within the permitted value, if the long-term placement, due to 

environmental changes and other reasons, may cause the gear rust, corrosion.
